We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team within an exceptional luxury countryside destination renowned for outstanding food, service, and guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident hospitality leader who thrives in a quality-driven environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests whilst developing and inspiring a talented team.
The operation has a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability, provenance, and exceptional hospitality, making this an ideal role for someone who shares those values and wants to work within a business where quality is at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and highly guest-focused service. You will lead from the front, maintaining a visible presence throughout service whilst building strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Creating a smooth, efficient, and consistently high-quality service
- Inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve the highest standards
- Building strong relationships with guests and ensuring a genuinely personalised experience
- Working closely with the Head Chef to maximise the overall food and dining experience
- Ensuring menus, service standards, and operational procedures are delivered consistently
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, Health & Safety, and compliance
- Supporting team performance through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
- Communicating operational performance, successes, and areas of focus with the wider management team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within a quality-led restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and exceptional guest service
- A natural leader who leads by example and enjoys developing people
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident managing busy services whilst remaining calm and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with guests and colleagues
- A good understanding and appreciation of sustainability, provenance, and seasonal produce
- A polished, engaging, and professional approach
