About the Role
We are looking to welcome an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join the team in COYA Mayfair. With the Members and guests at the heart of everything we do, you must have a passion for hospitality and be confident in leading and managing the floor team to deliver the ultimate guest experience. You will play a key role in driving service standards, motivating and developing the team, and ensuring every aspect of the restaurant operation is delivered to the highest level.
As part of COYA’s growing international operation, we are particularly looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to support our European operations, including new openings, and task force assignments. The ability and willingness to travel and work across our European venues, will be an important part of the role.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand.
- Extensive wine knowledge.
- Must be friendly and attentive.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to motivate and drive the team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and support COYA’s European operations, including new openings and task force assignments.
