Restaurant Manager Central London | £45,000 + package
We are working with a well-established European restaurant group to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of their Central London restaurants. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a recognised group with a strong reputation for food, service, and people development.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the restaurant. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the FOH team
- Supporting the GM with the overall operation
- Delivering consistently high standards of service
- Managing busy, high volume services
- Supporting training and team development
- Monitoring key commercial and operational targets
- Maintaining strong guest relationships
- Ensuring compliance and operational standards are maintained
- Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM's absence

About You
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, strong Assistant Manager, or AGM from a quality restaurant environment.
You should be:
- A confident and hands on leader
- Commercially aware and operationally strong
- Experienced managing busy restaurant services
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Comfortable leading and developing a sizeable team
- Strong on training, standards, and compliance
- A genuine people person who leads from the floor
- Looking for a long term opportunity with a recognised restaurant group
