Role Description

The Restaurant Manager at El Pollote is a full-time, on-site role based in Carnaby. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Restaurant Manager will lead and support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage staff schedules, and handle hiring and training. They will monitor customer satisfaction, address guest feedback, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory and budgets, and supporting promotional activities aligned with the brand’s Latino identity.

  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising diverse restaurant teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and menu execution.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisor in hospitality or casual dining.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
  • Proven organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for Latino flavors and interest in South American cuisine is highly beneficial.
