Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a busy, high-volume, branded environment? We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new opening for a well-established and highly recognised restaurant brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the beginning, helping to launch a brand-new, larger-format restaurant following a major investment and transformation.

As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading a large team and ensuring consistently high standards across service, people, food quality and customer experience.

You will be joining a fast-paced operation where volume, consistency and commercial performance are key. You will be visible and hands-on on the floor, leading from the front and motivating your team to deliver great service every day.

You will play an important role in the opening and establishment of the new restaurant, giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the operation and help shape its future success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and developing a large team
  • Creating a positive, motivated and high-performing team culture
  • Delivering consistently high standards across service, food and customer experience
  • Working to KPIs, budgets, margins and commercial targets
  • Managing labour costs and other operational costs effectively
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring company processes, procedures and operating standards are followed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales, performance and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the successful opening and establishment of the new restaurant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
