Savoy di Roma Restaurant Manager Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
  • Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering to control costs and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Prepare schedules, monitor attendance, and handle employee performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives and special events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and employees.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back of house processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations related to food service.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
