Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and excitement for new adventures to start out in our pub. Previous pub experience, hands on and strong leadership required. Our crew is creative, friendly, and innovative. We want your help to develop and maintain, and lead a cohesive team.
If you have the personality, drive, commitment, and knowledge to work as part of a successful team and drive the business forward, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role
- Table service experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet organizational goals
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Be present on the floor, a manager must touch every single table
