The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help lead our floor operations and ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining and drinking experience. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards across all aspects of service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage floor operations, including service flow, team coordination, and guest experience.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a team of servers, food runners, and expediters to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience, actively taking feedback and suggestions on board.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant (approx. 2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & spirits.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Legal right to work in the UK and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Competitive Pay & Earning Potential

  • £17.50 – £18.50 per hour typical take-home pay, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc).
  • Hours & rota: full-time, 4-5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance. Sundays off.
  • Holiday: 28 days per year including public holidays (pro rata).
  • Perks: meals on duty, generous staff discount, structured training, tastings and clear progression in a growing group.
  • Pension: company pension scheme.
