The Role

As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training, and leading by example all the way.

  • You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community, and Connection’.
  • As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
  • You will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.

Requirements

  • You will be required to have at least one year’s experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
  • You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
