Marzano Italian is looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver the outstanding hospitality we're known for.
This is a practical, floor-based management role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You'll be responsible for leading by example, maintaining exceptional service standards, motivating a well-established team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Administrative duties form part of the role but are kept to a minimum, allowing you to focus on where you make the biggest impact—on the restaurant floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a well-established front-of-house team.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively during busy service periods.
- Lead by example with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our regular guests while ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome.
- Monitor service standards and drive continuous improvement across the restaurant.
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Complete essential administrative tasks, including rotas, stock control, and reporting, as required.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2–3 years' experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Is a natural leader with a strong work ethic and excellent team-building skills.
- Has an energetic, positive personality and enjoys leading from the front.
- Remains calm, organised, and decisive in a busy service environment.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Can motivate others while maintaining high standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Builds genuine relationships with both guests and colleagues.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
