We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join the team at a beautiful luxury hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end environment and takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding food, service, and guest experiences.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, working closely with the wider senior management team to ensure consistently high standards across every aspect of the guest journey. You will be responsible for leading the restaurant team, ensuring an exceptional level of service, and creating an environment where both guests and colleagues feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and developing the restaurant team.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Delivering consistently exceptional service and maintaining luxury service standards.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Managing rotas, training, performance, and team development.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the food and beverage offering and confidently communicating this to guests.
- Supporting the management of budgets, stock, costs, and other commercial aspects of the operation.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Helping to drive standards, culture, and continuous improvement within the restaurant.

- Previous management experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
- A strong understanding of exceptional food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A warm, confident, and personable approach with both guests and colleagues.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for developing and motivating a team.
- High standards and a hands-on approach to management.
