Department: Hospitality

Location: Medlock Square

Description

Medlock Square marks a bold new chapter in the evolution of the Etihad Campus — a vibrant, year-round destination for culture, leisure, and entertainment, set alongside two global icons: the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City Football Club, and the landmark Co-op Live arena.

Zadie’s, rebellious luxe Pan-Asian social dining overlooking the new entertainment district. Flavours that don't apologise, music that actually moves you, and entertainment that makes you forget you had other plans. The kind of energy where anything can happen and usually does. You'll want to be here.

About The Role

We seek dynamic, guest-obsessed operators who can build teams, lead from the front, and deliver service that matches the scale and ambition of Medlock Square. You’ll play a vital role in creating welcoming, memorable spaces for everyday guests and major event visitors alike.

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the operation of a premium, high-energy restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional service, strong team performance, and commercial success.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be highly visible on the floor, setting the tone, pace, and energy of the venue. You will take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every service reflects the ambition, quality, and experience expected of a flagship concept.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
