The Opportunity
At our hotels, great hospitality is everything we do, and our restaurant managers always deliver exceptional service. The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall commercial plan.
As our Restaurant Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, and special events. This is a hands-on role where your focus will be on leading your team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.
You should have a natural ability to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate
As the Restaurant Manager, you will embody a passion for all things hospitality and food. You have a proven track record of success in a management role within a busy food and beverage operation.
With your strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness, you will be able to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, while recognizing and developing future hospitality stars.
You have a natural ability to create a positive culture within the team, and your excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills, along with your strong organization and planning skills, will ensure that you can manage budgets and drive revenue sales effectively.

The Holiday Inn® Oxford hotel is ideally situated just off the A34, a mere three miles from Oxford town centre. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking and a short walk to the Pear Tree Park & Ride bus service, offering a quick 10-minute journey into the City Centre.
