Restaurant Manager - The Randolph Hotel, Oxford

Location: Beaumont Street, Oxford

Salary: £42,000 OTE

Contract: Full time, permanent

Run the most storied dining room in Oxford

Since 1864, The Randolph has been where Oxford celebrates. Graduations, first dates, college dinners, a quiet glass after the Ashmolean. Now we're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead The Alice, our restaurant at the heart of the hotel, and write the next chapter.

This is a role for a hospitality leader who loves the floor, knows that great service is a performance, and wants their name on a dining room people genuinely talk about.

About White Rabbit Hospitality

White Rabbit Hospitality operates some of the UK's most characterful hotels, including The Randolph Oxford, Graduate Cambridge, Rusacks St Andrews and Locke properties in London and Lisbon. We're part of a wider group behind brands like Lina Stores and Kricket. We back people who bring energy, ideas and ownership, and we give them room to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
