RESTAURANT MANAGER – PREMIUM RESTAURANT & BAR

EDINBURGH

UP TO £45,000

I am working with a gorgeous premium restaurant and bar in Edinburgh who are looking for a brilliant Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a proper hospitality role – busy services, a beautiful environment, high standards and a BIG focus on the guest experience.

THE ROLE:

You’ll be right at the heart of the operation, working closely with the senior management team and leading the restaurant through busy services. A huge part of this role is people. You’ll be developing the team, driving standards, bringing loads of energy to the floor and creating an environment where people genuinely love coming to work. You’ll have plenty of commercial responsibility too, with exposure to rotas, labour, costs, revenue and driving spend, alongside making sure the restaurant delivers an amazing guest experience every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
