Restaurant Manager

Caravan Southbank, London

Overall Earnings Up To 18.20, Dependent On Experience

Full time

This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to help lead our front of house team. We’re after someone kind, confident and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who knows how to lead and inspire a team, is passionate about being a hospitality leader, and gets a kick out of helping their team develop and give their guests the best experience possible.

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll work alongside your General Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day operation of the business runs brilliantly every day. That means setting the standard for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible. You’ll know how to lead from the front, when to coach and when to jump in and help get things moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
