Boiler House Restaurant (Opening Mid-January 2026)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of the Boiler House Restaurant, opening in mid-January 2026.
We are seeking an inspirational and commercially focused hospitality leader to take full responsibility for the operation of this brand-new restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing team, shape the guest experience from day one, and establish the Boiler House Restaurant as a leading dining destination.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant's performance, including guest satisfaction, financial results, operational excellence, team development, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will lead from the front, creating a culture of exceptional hospitality while ensuring the business delivers against its operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing team.
- Manage labour, food and operating costs to achieve financial targets.
- Drive sales growth and maximise profitability through effective operational management.
- Ensure waste management processes are implemented and continuously reviewed.
- Maintain pricing, promotional activity and menu standards in line with business objectives.
- Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Analyse business performance and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the lead ambassador for the restaurant, promoting a positive culture and strong team engagement.

Qualifications
- Previous Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Hospitality Management experience within a high-volume restaurant, catering or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing labour costs, food costs and operational budgets.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience opening a new restaurant or hospitality venue would be highly advantageous.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
