Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join The Old Boat House at De Vere Cotswold Water Park.
The Old Boat House is a unique, stand-alone restaurant set within the beautiful surroundings of De Vere Cotswold Water Park, offering Italian-inspired cuisine in a relaxed setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader to take ownership of the operation and play a key role in growing the business.
As our Restaurant Manager
- You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of The Old Boat House, leading your team to deliver great food, warm hospitality, and consistently high standards.
- You’ll be hands-on and visible on the floor, leading by example taking responsibility for rotas, recruitment, training, and performance.
- You’ll create a positive team environment where people enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do.
- You’ll also have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the restaurant, from driving local business and repeat visits to creating new opportunities to grow The Old Boat House.
Your Skills & Experience
- You’ll have previous experience managing a busy restaurant, with a genuine passion for food, service, and hospitality.
- You’ll be a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being visible on the restaurant floor and leading your team by example.
- You’ll have a strong understanding of what makes a successful restaurant, from delivering great service and managing a team to driving revenue and controlling costs.
- You’ll be commercially minded and confident looking for new ways to grow the business and attract guests.
- You’ll be organised and comfortable managing rotas, staffing levels, and the day-to-day priorities of a busy restaurant.
