Restaurant Manager
Central London | £50,000 to £55,000 + benefits
We are working with an exciting new restaurant opening in Central London to appoint a Restaurant Manager.
This is a new opening built around great food, strong service and genuine neighbourhood hospitality. The concept will offer a relaxed but high-quality dining experience, with a strong focus on service, food and creating a restaurant guests genuinely want to return to.
The restaurant will accommodate around 90 to 100 guests across the main restaurant, private dining and bar areas.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a visible presence on the floor and play a key role in shaping the opening team and culture.
You will:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
- Take ownership of service and floor standards
- Lead, coach and develop the FOH team
- Build a strong service culture around genuine hospitality
- Contribute to rotas, labour and day-to-day administration
- Support guest experience and handle issues confidently
- Work closely with the reservations team
- Maintain compliance, training and Health & Safety standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Support events and private dining

About You
We are looking for a current Restaurant Manager who enjoys being on the floor and leading from the front.
You will be someone who:
- Loves training and coaching people
- Leads with empathy and clear communication
- Has strong food and beverage knowledge
- Cares about the guest experience
- Enjoys a busy, high-volume restaurant environment
- Has experience with rotas, suppliers and day-to-day restaurant administration
- Understands what good service looks like without making it overly formal
- Wants to develop their own career alongside a growing restaurant

Package
£50,000 to £55,000 approx package
- 45 hours per week
- 5 days per week

This is an opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant from the beginning and have genuine influence over the team, culture and service.
The business is looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to build something, develop their team and create a restaurant centred around great hospitality.
