Lead One of Surrey's Most Beautiful Dining Destinations

Set within the stunning grounds of the Beaverbrook Estate, The Garden House is our vibrant all-day dining restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed yet refined setting. We are seeking an exceptional Garden House Manager to lead the operation, inspire the team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

At Beaverbrook, we combine five-star luxury with genuine warmth and personality. We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who shares our commitment to exceptional service and has the leadership skills to drive both people and performance.

This is a senior Head of Department role within the Food & Beverage team, supervising all team members and working closely with the wider Food & Beverage operation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the daily Front of House operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
  • Creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Inspiring, developing and supporting a high-performing hospitality team.
  • Managing labour costs, budgets, forecasting and departmental profitability.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, service delivery and presentation.
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to enhance the guest journey and drive commercial success.
  • Developing innovative promotions, events and seasonal offerings to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits.

Who You Are:

  • Has a minimum of four years' experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or five-star hospitality environment in a management role.
  • Possesses strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
  • Is a natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing teams.
  • Has excellent food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and food hygiene regulations.
  • Is polished, professional and guest-focused, with outstanding communication skills.

Shift Pattern:

  • 45 hours per week
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7
