We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong wine background to join our beautiful 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Knightsbridge, becoming part of our family and delivering an exceptional dining experience to the most discerning of guests.

From our impressive open kitchen and fresh seafood display to indulgent dishes featuring Piedmont truffles, every plate is crafted with care. Our world-class wine list has been carefully selected to complement our cuisine, with a strong focus on exceptional Italian and international wines.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team with confidence, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive, and seamless service. You will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, inspire and develop your team, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in every aspect of the guest journey.

With your passion for wine, you will confidently support guests with recommendations, drive wine sales through knowledgeable and engaging service, and work closely with the Sommelier and kitchen team to create outstanding food and wine experiences. You will also play an important role in the commercial success of the restaurant by maximising revenue opportunities, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring smooth operational performance.

About You

  • Passionate about delivering a truly exemplary guest experience
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or premium hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent organisational and operational management skills
  • Commercially aware, with a strong focus on driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Confident in recommending, presenting, and selling wine, with a solid knowledge of Italian and international wines
  • Experienced in food and wine pairing, with the ability to guide guests confidently through the wine list
  • Calm and confident under pressure, with the ability to lead busy lunch and dinner services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well presented, professional, and polished, with exceptional attention to detail and personal hygiene standards
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to continuously developing your knowledge of food, wine, and service
