About the Role
We are looking for a highly professional and personable Receptionist to join our dedicated front of house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations efficiently using the OpenTable booking system, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing enquiries and special requests with accuracy and care.
- Liaise closely with the restaurant team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions.
- Resolve guest issues or concerns with discretion, professionalism, and a focus on exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or host/hostess in a high-end restaurant.
- Proficiency in using OpenTable (or similar reservation systems) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident command of English.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A professional appearance and manner, reflecting the upscale nature of the restaurant.
