Nakanojo is the first Nikkei Restaurant in Chelsea, a Japanese and Peruvian fusion and we’re opening our Marylebone restaurant this year.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor within the restaurant/hospitality industry who is passionate about providing a 5-star service, executing fast and efficient service with the most positive and vibrant attitude. You will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant and performing opening and closing checks of the restaurant to ensure it is kept to high standards. You will be expected to achieve your hospitality target of achieving 5-star reviews from our guests and spreading the delicious message of Nikkei cuisine!
