Blakeney Hotel
Blakeney Hotel is a privately owned, and family run 4-star hotel on the North Norfolk Coast.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join our friendly, enthusiastic and passionate team as Restaurant Supervisor in our award-winning hotel restaurant, overlooking the Quayside in Blakeney.
As restaurant supervisor, you will:
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence ensuring standards of service are delivered consistently and according to the hotel standards.
- Supervising and leading the restaurant team to ensure a professional, high quality guest experience.
- Ensure the restaurant is set up and ready for service.
- Greet and serve guests.
- Handle guest queries and concerns as they arise, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the correct procedures for cash transactions and security are followed.
- Assist in the development of a positive and motivated restaurant team.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team regarding menu and product knowledge and ensuring a smooth service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced busy environment and who works well under pressure.
- A good leader with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
