Do you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, and leading teams to success? We're seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join the ultra-luxury experience aboard Silversea! π
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering refined dining experiences, supporting daily restaurant operations, and guiding service teams to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable meal.
What You'll Do:
- π½οΈ Welcome guests and create a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- π₯ Support and motivate restaurant team members while leading by example on the restaurant floor.
- π Coordinate reservations, seating plans, table assignments, and service flow to ensure efficient operations.
- π₯ Assist in delivering personalized service for special occasions, dietary requests, and guest preferences.
- π Support revenue opportunities through outstanding service and guest engagement.
- β Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence are maintained at all times.
- π Coach, mentor, and train team members to continuously elevate service standards.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service and premium guest experiences
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Experience coaching and developing service teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
