Join our leadership team - Lead the floor. Drive performance. Shape the future of London hospitality.

The role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will be right at the heart of service: leading from the floor, supporting our restaurant managers and keeping your shifts running smoothly. From a great team briefing to a brilliantly handled guest request, you’ll set the tone and make the details count.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the pace of a busy venue, takes ownership and knows how to bring out the best in people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading great shifts: Give the team clear direction, stay calm during busy service and work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep everything moving.
  • Looking after our guests: Create a warm welcome, handle feedback with care and keep service, atmosphere and presentation consistently strong.
  • Developing your team: Deliver briefings, tastings and training, support new starters and coach people as they build their confidence.
  • Keeping standards high: Make sure health, safety, food safety and licensing requirements are followed, from opening checks to closing procedures.
  • Supporting performance: Help manage rotas, labour and costs, complete accurate shift reporting and spot opportunities to grow sales while delivering a great guest experience.
  • Championing Arcade: Share your enthusiasm for our food and drinks, celebrate team achievements and bring ideas that make each shift better.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
