Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

SíSí is a rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City — bringing together bold Mexican-American flavours, creative cocktails, great music and an unforgettable atmosphere. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team. This is a key role within the venue. You’ll help lead the restaurant operation, support the team through busy services and, when acting as Duty Manager, take responsibility for the wider venue and the guest experience from open to close. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely cares about hospitality and enjoys being at the heart of the action.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure every shift runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest possible standard. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, leading by example and making sure our guests receive the warm, energetic and memorable experience SíSí is known for. You’ll also regularly take on Duty Manager responsibilities, acting as the senior point of contact for the venue and taking ownership of the operation when required. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and leading restaurant shifts
  • Acting as Duty Manager and taking overall responsibility for the venue during assigned shifts
  • Leading pre-service briefings and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service
  • Supporting the management team in delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Maintaining consistently high standards of service, presentation and hospitality
  • Managing reservations, table plans and the flow of service
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently and professionally
  • Supporting the team during busy services and stepping in wherever needed
  • Ensuring effective communication between the restaurant, kitchen and bar teams
  • Supporting the training, development and motivation of team members
  • Monitoring service standards and providing feedback to the team
  • Completing opening and closing procedures and ensuring the venue is secure
  • Managing cash and end-of-day procedures where required
  • Ensuring all health & safety, licensing and operational procedures are followed
  • Taking appropriate action in the event of any operational issue or emergency
  • Supporting the wider management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the venue

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
