About The Role - Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

- Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service throughout each shift.
- Supporting with team training, coaching, and ongoing development.
- Creating memorable guest experiences and managing guest feedback professionally.
- Monitoring service quality, team performance, and operational standards.
- Supporting rota management, opening and closing procedures, and shift organisation.
- Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company standards are consistently maintained.
- Acting as a role model for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, Head Waiter, or leadership role within hospitality.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a busy service while supporting and developing others.
- A proactive problem solver with excellent organisational skills.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.
