Restaurant Supervisor
Ensuring service is performed at a professional standard, at all times. Keeping employees well informed of restaurant goals, budgets and standards. Obtaining feedback from guests and sharing this with the Restaurant Management and Chefs, in order to improve service. To be consistently aware and promote all services offered at Beaverbrook. Ensuring the billing procedure is thorough and accurate for each guest.
Requirements
- Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
- Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.

About Beaverbrook
Aligned with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) expectations, you will act as a true ambassador for Beaverbrook. You’ll demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism, initiative, and pride in every guest interaction — ensuring service that is warm, intuitive and consistently excellent.
Shift Pattern
40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7. The typical hours for this position may consist of: 06:45-17:00, 11:30-22:00, 11:30-01:00 or 15:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.
Salary: Up to £34,644.30 per annum including tronc.
