Here at No.15 Bath by GuestHouse, we're a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can supervise with confidence, serve with flair, and make every guest feel like they've stepped into something special.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise our waiting team with grace and gusto, ensuring every service (breakfast, lunch or dinner) runs smoother than a freshly frothed cappuccino
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences - from breakfast brilliance to dinner delights
- Support the management team with training, and keeping standards sky-high
- Be the go-to person for guests and team alike - part leader, part legend
- Keep the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and just a little bit wonderful
