About the Role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our talented team at The Parakeet.

Located in the heart of Kentish Town, The Parakeet is an independent public house and dining room. In the front, a lively local pub atmosphere. In the back, an award-winning dining room serving Basque-inspired small plates cooked over coal and fire.

Led by chef Ben Allen, our kitchen has received critical acclaim from The Times, The Evening Standard and more.

But don’t just take our word for it:

  • Top 100 restaurants in London
  • Top 50 Gastropubs
  • The Times | Giles Coren review
  • The Evening Standard review

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering brilliant service in our dining room. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager and wider management team, you’ll help lead the floor during service, support and develop the front-of-house team, and make sure every guest receives warm, knowledgeable and attentive hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced waiter or supervisor looking to develop their leadership skills and take the next step in their hospitality career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
