Supervisor
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 per annum
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join a high-quality corporate hospitality operation in London.
Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day running of the whole operation. You’ll be a visible, hands-on presence, supporting the team during service and ensuring that every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.
This is a varied role combining team supervision, operational responsibility, and exceptional customer service. You’ll help create a positive working environment while maintaining excellent standards across the restaurant, pantry, hospitality, and service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team
- Assist with the daily setup and smooth running of the whole operation
- Maintain excellent standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure food displays, counters and service areas are attractive and fully prepared
- Support rota planning, team communication and training
- Check menus, product labels and allergen information for accuracy
- Help ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
- Respond confidently to guest requests, feedback and operational issues
- Support the delivery of meetings, hospitality services and client events
- Work collaboratively with the management, kitchen and wider site teams
- Identify opportunities to improve service and the overall guest experience

About You
You’ll have previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, café, contract-catering or hospitality environment. A natural people person, you’ll be confident leading a team, maintaining high standards and remaining calm during busy service periods.
You’ll be organised, reliable and attentive to detail, with a genuine passion for great food and customer service. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy leading from the front and working alongside the team to deliver an outstanding operation.
