RARA Bar & Grill at The Grovefield House Hotel by Uno is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong restaurant and bar experience to play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of our stylish restaurant and bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the preparation and service of cocktails and beverages, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with licensing and food safety standards.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout service.
- Assist with the onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Manage shift operations, task allocation, and service flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support stock control, inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Accurately operate POS systems, including cash handling and end-of-shift procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktail preparation and service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
