Set on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful Roman city of Bath, this is an amazing opportunity to represent the global Gordon Ramsay restaurant brand.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and outgoing Restaurant Supervisor to join our truly talented team to play a key role in the opening of our Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath.

Your Role
You will work closely with the Restaurant leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.

Responsibilities of Restaurant Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team;
- Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team;
- To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation;
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection;
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred;
- Excellent personal presentation;
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
- Experience in high volume, quality restaurants
