Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Contractual Hours: 20-hours per week

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensure high service standards, and help create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during shifts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the restaurant.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and development.
  • Allocate duties and ensure the team works efficiently.
  • Support management with the smooth operation of the business.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, pub, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others.
  • Confident in handling customer queries and challenging situations.
