Find the shift pattern that works for you.

At Potters Resorts, we know that one shift pattern doesn’t suit everyone.

That’s why we’re growing our Restaurant leadership team and are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join us in a variety of Team Leader roles across our breakfast, lunch and dinner operations.

Whether you’re an experienced Team Leader, a Supervisor looking for a fresh challenge, or an ambitious hospitality professional ready to step into your first leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

Looking for daytime hours?

Our Breakfast and Lunch Team Leader opportunities could be perfect if you’re looking for a role that fits around family life, childcare, study or other commitments.

Prefer evenings?

Our Dinner Team Leader opportunities offer the chance to lead one of our busiest services while keeping your mornings and afternoons free.

Let’s find the right fit.

We’re recruiting several Team Leaders, so we’d love to talk to you about the shift pattern and working hours that best suit you. During the recruitment process, we’ll discuss your availability and match you with the opportunity that’s the best fit for both you and our team.

Whatever shift you choose, you’ll be leading a fantastic team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Potters Resorts is known for.

If you thrive under pressure, enjoy leading by example and love creating memorable guest experiences, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll be doing

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our restaurant while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service at every meal.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
