Role Description
This on-site, full-time Restaurant Worker role is based in Buckingham and supports the daily operations of a KFC restaurant. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking food to brand and safety standards
- Assembling menu items
- Maintaining clean and hygienic kitchen and dining areas
- Greeting guests
- Taking orders
- Handling payments
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
Restaurant Workers collaborate with team members to manage busy periods, restock supplies, and follow health and safety procedures. You will be expected to follow company guidelines, support team objectives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Food Preparation and Cooking tasks in a fast-paced environment, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience or interest in Fast Food operations, including working on the line, handling rush periods, and maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact positively with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash, card payments, and till operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and follow health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in restaurants or retail is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.
