About the role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our kitchen teams. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Kitchen porters are the heart of any kitchen and you will spend your shift cleaning, deep cleaning, using our dishwashers, and ensuring the chefs and front of house team have all clean utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment to serve our hungry guests.

Typical working hours cover 30-35 hours per week, five days over seven, shift patterns are between 7am - 9pm and are split shifts to fit our restaurant operating hours though there may be times that you work across the wider department too. This position requires you to be aged 18 or above. Live in accommodation may be available if you are aged 18 and over and if relocating to the area.
Key Responsibilities
- You don’t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.
- Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
- Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
- This role requires you to be aged 18 or over, live in accommodation may be available if relocating to the area.
