At Paul Davis Restoration, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Restoration Estimator who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to own the front end of the restoration process and make a measurable impact from day one.
Restoration Estimator
$75,000 - $100,000 per year – High Impact, High Earning Potential
The Role
As a Restoration Estimator, you are the starting point of every successful project. You’ll assess damage, build accurate scopes, and set clear direction for Project Managers and field teams. You’re not just writing estimates—you’re driving projects forward and influencing outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Scope residential and commercial restoration projects with accuracy and urgency
- Build and manage estimates using industry-standard platforms
- Identify and document change orders and insurance supplements
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, business owners, and TPA partners

What We’re Looking For
- Previous estimating experience or experience in a related field.
- Experience with estimating software such as Xactimate or Symbility (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills—able to work with clients, carriers, and internal teams
No extensive estimating experience?
If you have the right mindset and transferable skills, we’re willing to train the right person.
