Role Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restoration Technicians to join our team in Telford. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, mould, or other damage, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients. This is a hands-on role for a skilled technician who can lead by example on-site while delivering high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and customer care.

Duties
- Assessing damage to properties affected by Fire & Flood
- Operate specialist equipment and carry out cleaning, drying, and removing debris/damaged materials
- Strip out properties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete risk assessment and reports using tablet-based systems
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced, and fully equipped
- Documenting work progress and communicating with team members and clients effectively

Experience
- Experience using dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture measuring equipment
- Safety conscious with high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and withstand various weather conditions
- Valid manual driver's license and clean driving record
