About KR8 Advisory
KR8 Advisory sits within the restructuring division of K3 Advisory Group, providing support to clients when presented with either opportunities or complex financial and operational challenges. Services across KR8 include business and capital advisory, restructuring, personal insolvency, and real estate restructuring and valuation services.
We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential graduates through our structured Graduate Programme, which builds a long-term talent pipeline for the Group.
About The Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a three-year structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across business and capital Advisory, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.
We work closely with our stakeholders to get businesses back on track. Whether that is undertaking financial forecast and strategic reviews within Business Advisory, or undertaking debt advisory, pre-lend due diligence, and financial modelling within Capital Advisory, we have the tools and expertise to help stakeholders pinpoint the optimal business and funding solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the team with delivering on various engagements across both Business and Capital Advisory including:
- Financial analysis of company performance, with the support of the team
- Preparing reports and deliverables for the client
- Engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally throughout the engagement to support delivery
- Working on multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring communication is open and transparent to facilitate completing engagements within timeframes
- Preparing pitch documents to support work winning
- Supporting on ad hoc internal business development tasks

Position Details
Position: Business and Capital Advisory Graduate
Location: London
Programme: KR8 Graduate Programme (3 years)
Candidate Profile
Candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject (including but not limited to: Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences, Engineering)
- Computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
- Key skills – strong communication skills with experience to support this and a willingness to learn

What We Offer
KR8 Advisory is a newly established team of business professionals, focused on delivering exceptional client service across key advisory services. We currently have offices in London, Manchester, and Leeds, covering service lines in Business Advisory, Capital Advisory, Personal Insolvency, Real Estate, and Restructuring. We have exciting and highly ambitious plans to continue our growth across the UK. You will be supporting the development of a new Corporate Restructuring practice with direct access to senior leaders across other K3 Advisory Group divisions.
