About KR8 Advisory
KR8 Advisory sits within the restructuring division of K3 Advisory Group, providing support to clients when presented with either opportunities or complex financial and operational challenges. Services across KR8 include business and capital advisory, restructuring, personal insolvency, and real estate restructuring and valuation services.
We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential graduates through our structured Graduate Programme, which builds a long-term talent pipeline for the Group.
About the Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme is a three-year structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across Corporate Restructuring, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.
Our Graduate Programme focuses on helping financially distressed businesses and working to find the best possible return for shareholders or creditors. We work with a variety of financial institutions, law firms, private equity houses, and corporates on cases across a wide range of industries. Our focus is to quickly ascertain key issues and implement viable and sustainable restructuring solutions and exit strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Supporting the team with delivering on various engagements across Restructuring, not limited to:
- Asset realisations and ongoing trading insolvencies
- Budgeting, cash management, managing and negotiating with suppliers
- Dealing with communication from creditors and employees
- Accounting functions, cashiering, and financial reporting
- Market businesses for sale, seeking buyers for the businesses
- Contributing to pitches and presentations
- Engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally throughout the engagement to support delivery

Working on multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring communication is open and transparent to facilitate completing engagements within timeframes

Supporting on ad hoc internal business development tasks

Candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject (Including but not limited to: Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences, Engineering)
- Computer skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Key skills – strong communication skills with experience to support this and a willingness to learn
What We Offer
KR8 Advisory is a newly established team of business professionals focused on delivering exceptional client service across key advisory services. We currently have offices in London, Manchester, and Leeds covering service lines in Business Advisory, Capital Advisory, Personal Insolvency, Real Estate, and Restructuring. We have exciting and highly ambitious plans to continue our growth across the UK. You will be supporting the development of a new Corporate Restructuring practice with direct access to senior leaders across other K3 Advisory Group divisions.
