Restructuring Analyst
Eaton Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading investment bank to hire a Restructuring Analyst into its top-tier advisory team. This is a rare opportunity to advise companies, lenders, sponsors and investors on critical situations, including financial restructurings, distressed M&A, capital raises, refinancing and liability management transactions.
You'll be at the heart of high-stakes deals, analysing businesses under pressure, solving capital structure challenges and helping shape the future of companies across a variety of sectors.

Duties:
- Building sophisticated financial models, liquidity forecasts and scenario analyses
- Supporting the execution of restructuring, refinancing and special situations mandates
- Performing valuation and credit analysis across stressed and distressed businesses
- Preparing client presentations and board materials
- Working directly with senior bankers, management teams, lenders, sponsors and legal advisers
- Contributing to live transactions from day one

Requirements:
To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- 2-3 years' experience in Investment Banking, Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement
- A genuine interest in special situations, distressed investing and complex financing structures
- Ambition to develop within a leading advisory platform
