Restructuring and Insolvency - Senior Manager
Top 10 Accountancy Practice | UK | Competitive Salary + Benefits
TPF Recruitment is working with a Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an experienced Insolvency Senior Manager. This is a senior leadership role within a well-established restructuring and insolvency team, offering exposure to complex assignments, strong client relationships, and clear progression.
The Role
- You will lead insolvency and restructuring engagements, manage delivery, and act as a key client contact.
- You will mentor Managers and junior staff, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to business development and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex insolvency and restructuring assignments
- Manage stakeholders including directors, lenders, and advisors
- Oversee budgets, WIP, billing, and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with UK insolvency legislation and risk processes
- Coach, mentor, and develop members of the team
- Identify and support new business and referral opportunities

Requirements
- Restructuring and Insolvency - Senior Manager
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency within practice
- Strong technical, client-facing, and leadership skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in growth and progression
