We are representing a premier, globally recognized Am Law 50 international law firm actively seeking a high-caliber Restructuring Associate to join their elite Corporate Restructuring practice group in London. This is a unique chance to position yourself at the forefront of the industry, working within a top-tier environment to navigate complex, high-stakes matters.
Job Role
- Work directly with top-tier global private investment management firms, major corporates, and facility borrowers.
- Engage in and execute complex, high-stakes cross-border and UK restructurings.
- Deliver sophisticated, strategic solutions across a diverse range of industry sectors.

Candidate Requirements
- High-caliber professional background with established expertise as a Restructuring Associate.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully navigate and manage high-stakes, complex legal challenges.
- Proven ability to deliver premier, strategic counsel to elite corporate and investment clients.
Salary: £200,000 - £240,000 per year
