NQ–5 PQE Restructuring & Insolvency US Firm - London

A leading US law firm is looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate into its London-based Restructuring & Insolvency team, as it continues to invest in its European platform. This is a compelling opportunity to join a top-tier, globally integrated restructuring practice advising on some of the most complex and high-profile situations across Europe and beyond.

The Opportunity

You will be involved in a broad mix of sophisticated matters, including:

  • Cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and special situations
  • Creditor-side mandates for ad hoc groups, funds and institutional investors
  • Liability management exercises and strategic recapitalisations
  • Distressed M&A and opportunistic investments
  • Complex restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement and international workouts

Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales qualified (or common law equivalent)
  • NQ–5 PQE with experience in restructuring, insolvency, finance or leveraged finance
  • Strong technical grounding with commercial awareness
  • Experience of cross-border transactions or complex capital structures advantageous
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
