A leading US law firm is looking to hire a junior to mid-level Associate into its London-based Restructuring & Insolvency team, as it continues to invest in its European platform. This is a compelling opportunity to join a top-tier, globally integrated restructuring practice advising on some of the most complex and high-profile situations across Europe and beyond.
The Opportunity
You will be involved in a broad mix of sophisticated matters, including:
- Cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and special situations
- Creditor-side mandates for ad hoc groups, funds and institutional investors
- Liability management exercises and strategic recapitalisations
- Distressed M&A and opportunistic investments
- Complex restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement and international workouts

Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified (or common law equivalent)
- NQ–5 PQE with experience in restructuring, insolvency, finance or leveraged finance
- Strong technical grounding with commercial awareness
- Experience of cross-border transactions or complex capital structures advantageous
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
