The Role
Reporting to the Partners, the successful candidate will lead restructuring and turnaround engagements across a broad range of sectors, working closely with senior stakeholders while managing project delivery and client relationships.

About the Role
- Lead restructuring and turnaround engagements from inception to completion
- Manage Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and financial restructuring projects
- Advise corporates, lenders, investors, and private equity sponsors
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
- Manage engagement delivery, project planning, and team performance
- Support debt restructuring, refinancing, and distressed M&A assignments
- Coach and develop junior team members

Your Experience
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified
- 6–10 years' experience in Restructuring, Turnaround, Debt Advisory, or Transaction Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience working with lenders, private equity sponsors, or corporate clients
- Ability to manage multiple live engagements in a fast-paced advisory environment
