This leading Restructuring practice at an elite US law firm is looking to hire a junior Associate (c 1-3 PQE as a guide).
Acting for sponsors, debt funds, and alternative capital providers, the exciting work will include complex multi-lateral restructurings across, working with credit investors and distressed companies to optimise balance sheets, organisations.
About the Role
This dedicated team is headed by industry-leading partners, and the successful candidate will support on the most complex and challenging restructuring and business re organisations.

Requirements
Applicants will already work at a leading Restructuring team at an international law City firm. They will be looking, ideally, for their first career move post-qualification.
