About Triple Point

Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025 & 2026'.

If this sounds like an environment where you would flourish, then read on…

The Function & Team

The Credit & Risk team sits within the Group Risk & Compliance function and provides independent oversight across the Private Credit platform. Partnering with lending and portfolio management teams throughout the lending lifecycle, the team establishes and maintains the governance, frameworks and oversight that support consistent lending decisions, effective portfolio management and effective restructuring across all of Private Credit's lending strategies.

Credit & Risk team members work collaboratively across credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, restructuring, recoveries and assurance, providing specialist expertise across all of Private Credit's lending strategies.

The Role's Key Responsibilities

Restructuring & Portfolio Management

  • Reports to: Head of Credit
  • Primary management of a portfolio of distressed, underperforming and strategic exit relationships across the Private Credit platform.
  • Develop and execute restructuring, recovery and exit strategies that balance commercial outcomes with investor protection.
  • Lead negotiations with borrowers, sponsors and advisers during restructuring situations.
  • Monitor performance against agreed restructuring plans and adapt strategies where circumstances change.
  • Partner with portfolio management teams on higher-risk portfolio relationships, providing restructuring expertise through advisory support and joint management where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
