Contract OR Permanent role
We are recruiting for an experienced Restructuring & Workout professional to join our client's Risk team. You would have primary responsibility for managing complex Development Finance loan workout cases. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship management skills, commercial judgement, and expertise in navigating distressed lending situations.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of recovery cases, developing and implementing appropriate recovery strategies to maximise outcomes while maintaining constructive client relationships. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring all actions are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in restructuring, recoveries, or distressed debt to play a key role in managing complex credit risk situations and supporting the wider Risk function.
